How do we pay for our Services?
You will be issued an Invoice within 24 hours of your Clean being completed. Payment is due with 24 hours of Invoice being sent, and a 10% late fee is applied to overdue Invoices.
How much notice do you need if I need to reschedule my clean?
Please give us no less than 24 hours notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to Cancel or Reschedule your Cleaning Service, please give us no less than 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation made within 2 hours of your cleaning service will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
If you cancel as the Cleaner has arrived, you will be charged the full Service fee.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
We are Registered & completely Insured. All of our Cleaners hold a current National Police Clearance.
What areas do you serve? Do you have any geographical limitations?
We service South of the River, from Cockburn to Mandurah & surrounds.
Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes, we absolutely do!
Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment, or should I supply them?
All equipment and products are provided by us.
Can I customize the cleaning checklist to suit my specific needs?
Absolutely! Our checklists are just a guide and can be tailored to suit your needs, just let us know!
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?
Our aim is to use only For All Australia, which is an eco friendly product, meaning it's safe for everyone. If your cleaner needs to use anything else they will speak with you beforehand to check if it's ok!
Can I make a booking even if I can't be home at the time?
Yes, we will make arrangements with you to gain access.
How long will it take for my space to be cleaned?
No 2 houses are the same. We will give you a rough timeframe at the time of your booking. If this needs to be changed your allocated Cleaner will speak with you before starting.
Can I request a specific cleaner for my booking?
Absolutely! You can let the girls in the office know your preference and we will do our best to accommodate.
Are my animals allowed to be home during the booking?
Of course! Our aim is to make them feel as comfortable as possible. After all, we are in there home!
